Passengers aboard a flight headed to North Dakota on Thursday afternoon are being refunded after they were forced to deal with a drunk flight attendant.
According to passenger Erika Gorman, the unnamed flight attendant used profanity while going over the safety instructions, telling passengers: 'If your seatbelt isn't tight, you f***ed up'. The air stewardess was then filmed getting up in a passenger's face.

I live in CA, have family in Florida. Taking the bus on a round trip is not a realistic alternative.

EdmondUnited has a culture problem in their organization and I'm willing to bet it starts at the top. Some of their fuck ups:
-dragging the guy off the plane and blaming him
-killing dogs
-bonus system lottery
Part of me thinks they fuck up like this on purpose to drop the stock price so some insider buying can happen. But I'm too lazy to go back and do some actual research. Stock dropping by even just a few dollars is a huge impact when you buy thousands of shares...

Ain't no way in hell I could do their job. I'd be in the supervisor's office DAILY, asking why I smacked [insert name for stupid person here]. "Because they were being a dumbass" would probably only last a couple of days. I have looooong contended that those flight attendants should be paid NO LESS THAN those F/A's operating a 737. Our F/A's, per plane load, are handling more passengers by themselves than the 3 that are handling 118 on a B737-700.
