I can give a third for Moneydance. I have it on my PC and my phone. Been using it for many years.

If I am out and buy something I put it in the phone app right away and it will auto sync to my Dropbox and the PC side will update automatically. And the same the other way if I do online shopping at home, enter on the PC and it will sync to my phone. I look at it basically as the same as you would do with a checkbook register but digital.

It does have the option to link with banks but it will only do so if you specifically set it up and also specifically click to pull the information. I used it once years ago when I set up my current bank just to get everything "current" then disabled it right after. It basically just pulls a text document of sorts that will import to the software. It doesn't have any two way communication with the bank.
