Only the strong survive |
A friend has one of these and the cord has an open circuit. There seems to be no replacement cords available due to the virus. The break is probably where the cord goes into the unit due to no cord restrainer and the sharp bends it takes while cleaning the walls. Has anyone cut the cord and reinstalled the connectors? 41

Leslie's in VA Beach is where she took it to and they were out of cords. 41

Was the individual Leslie's out of stock or had they checked the "system" for global availability ? My experience with them is the local store might not be ambitious enough to search the system unless asked to. It's a big chain so I'd think they might have one sitting somewhere.

I'd be concerned about the connection not being water tight if a repair was attempted. Like guns, Love Sigs

Thank you Very little |
Go to Polaris dot com, click on parts, search the zip code and set the range out to 100 miles if you want. Maybe find a shop that has it in stock in your area other than Leslies. I wouldn't mess with fixing an electrical connection in something that goes into the pool. Could short out the vacuum and that's not cheap. https://www.polarispool.com/pa...cator.aspx?zip=20175 The PN you need is R0726700 Swivel Floating Cable Kit. Link Found several online, you'd have to confirm they are in stock, Pool Supply World shows it at $197.99, much less than others. I'd call to confirm they have it...
