bald1When was the last time you broke down?
I had to really think about this one. Then I remembered my CJ-7 on the expressway headed from Vallejo into San Fran. This back in the mid '80s. Lost the lower radiator hose and before you could say "Whaaa?" the coolant was gone and the engine seized. I was convinced the shop had screwed up as they had just replaced the hoses and coolant but I couldn't win that battle.

Sold it and leased a Corolla.
Never broke down before or since!

ARmanThe last times I owned Ford's. Every Ford I have ever owned had stranded me on the side of the road, or most likely in the middle of the road, because it just fell apart in the middle of said road.
The last Ford that I owned was three years ago. A Crown Vic., there wasn't a mouth that went by that something didn't go on it and I was on the side of the road.
On four occasions I had to put out a fire. Luckily, I'm no longer have that vehicle, and lessons learned, will no longer buy a Ford, as every one has let me down multiple times.
With the Crown Vic.,I could have made a car payment every month and been ahead. As a matter of fact, that's where I am now. Making a car payment and ahead.
