Got in line at 8:15am, half a dozen people ahead of me, and more growing behind me. Guy ahead of me was at the front and the door monitor, tall elderly guy, told him half jokingly to step back behind the blue line on the carpet doorway. The man stepped back over the line while saying "sorry about that, but I better touch the blue, don't want my feet burned".
Everyone in line laughed, a bit of levity is nice at the polls. I asked the poll worker how the turnout was and she stated excellent. That is always a good sign.

I screwed up my mail-in-ballot by not putting my SS number on the envelope before sealing it. I, of course, realized it about 0.5 seconds later. Not wanting to possibly have my ballot disallowed if I cut open or steamed open the envelope, I figured I would go to a physical polling location with it to either get their blessing to open it and reseal it, or just exchange it and vote in person there.
Nope, no physical polling locations. They had early-voting locations, but not today on election day. At least none that showed up with a half hour of scouring various government web sites.
I rectified the situation with no detectable tampering with the envelope, luckily. But what kind of election is it when there is no way to vote in person on election day?

I was in and out in ten minutes; almost every spot for a voter to mark their ballot was occupied. I was number six in a line to load the ballot into the scanner.

Our polling place is about two minutes from our house, a First Methodist Church. No lines, in and out very quickly
Our county turned blue last election. We are now empty nesters and want to move in the not to distant future but a 2.35% mortgage will be very hard to give up

Early voted on the 2nd week. Long line, but only took about 20 minutes to get through.

Voted Saturday, last day of early voting, took 5 minutes. Florida reports quickly, should be the standard for all states. My district changed, was solid R now leans R and maybe we get rid of Castor of Tampa who had a solid D district.

You don't have a place to vote on election day? Seriously? Where?
I have always only voted on election day. Today was no different. I vote within a mile or so of my house.
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown

My voting precinct is red, but in a now blue city and county. The turnout has been frustratingly light at my polling place today.
The previous two weeks, I was at the courthouse for jury duty and the early voting people were there in mass. And I am fairly certain they were voting blue.
The apparent apathy of my fellow conservatives here makes me want to shake some people very hard.

My wife and I went around 10:15 am. It was busier than I've seen in a good number of years; hopefully that's a good sign, but then again this state is terminally infested with lefties.

I voted on the first day of early voting, along with the rest of the old goat’s coffee group. We didn’t want to risk croaking before we cast our ballots.
