The arsonist who set the massive fire at the partially built Da Vinci apartment complex in Downtown Los Angeles after being inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement in 2014 was sentenced to 15 years in prison on Monday.

Dawud Abdulwali, who said the fire was inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement and his rage against police officers, pleaded no contest to one count of arson and admitted to using an accelerant to start the blaze

Abdulwali was also ordered to pay restitution, which is expected to approach $100 million.

During one of Abdulwali’s hearings, his former roommate, Edwyn Gomez reportedly told investigators that he heard Abdulwali speak with fervor about seeking vengeance for the shooting death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri in the late summer of 2014.

First, he gets the easy bit = living fifteen years at the expense of the state.

But then, the hard part. Earning $50,000 a year as an advisor to the Youth Justice System as a travelling lecturer on how to get your life f*cked up, it will take him the next 200 years to make the financial restitution.

He should be housed with white supremacists so they can beat the shit out of him on a daily basis. With any luck he will Aaron Hernandez himself soon so the taxpayers don't have to feed/clothe/house him for the next 15 years.

Unless he dies in 15 years, the taxpayers will always feed/clothe/house him whether he's in prison or not. He's a BLMer - that's how they respond to the taxpayers' generosity.

I'd have him plumbed to constantly be donating blood (provided the shithead is clean!). Community service at its finest. At least its something in lieu of his abject inability for restitution.
