nhtagmemberI have to go there to work next week, and the more time I spend in LA, the more I want to spend less time in LA
at first, it was a novelty. It was actually nice (a relative term) when I lived there back in the early 80's. But now its just too much, too crowded, too noisy, too everything
I actually feel a huge relief when I pass through Palm Springs heading east

rsboloSan Fran is much colder than LA and it suppresses the flea population.

He was correct evidently.
First thing I thought of when I read this and was coming hear to say the same thing.

RightwireLos Angeles is a a haven for homeless, we'll be an example to the world.
What could possibly go wrong?

I agree. Expect typhus and dysentery to break out in San Francisco. Leprosy is not out of the question.

SIP2000GLOIn L.A county, they go anywhere they want. If it's a public place, can't kick them out.
I've seen quite a few at LAX . They sleep there at night on those chairs and benches inside the terminals. So anytime traveling through there, make sure you do not sit or touch any of those chairs or benches. Might end up in the ER.
Walking through the terminals, occasionally you'll hear Gil Garcetti announcing that they are making LAX a world class airport.
More like a third world class airport. Which they have succeeded beautifully.
God, I truly hate the assholes that run this state. One more year, just one more year and I'll be in TX permanently.
