$25k for the building of which, the roll up doors and pedestrian doors were $5k and the three little windows were $2k. They’re impact glass. The site specific engineered plans were $1.5k and needed because it’s in a 140mph wind zone. Not sure about the concrete and fill because that’s tied in with the house we’re building on the property as a rental.

We’re on the Peace River about an hour from Moore Haven. We drive through there on US-27 on our way to the Keys. We also drove out there a couple of times after Ian for gas, diesel, propane, and ice. It was easier than going to Fort Myers, Venice, or Sarasota. No lines.
Definitely getting a lift and some hoists.

That's not a Garage, it's a freaking Palace. The only problem is that filling it wont be cheap. I'm picturing roughly 24 feet of Snap On tool boxes as a good start. Then there is a nice 3 HP Bridgeport mill, a good Lathe, surface grinder, an English Wheel and bandsaw. Then you need a nice 4 post lift and a full bay access overhead crane with a power hoist and ball bearing rails.
I've stopped counting.
