Bone Broth
Hard to beat pho … Such a great combination of flavors. Just had it yesterday, should I?

After shooting our matches in the rain, Pho was our standard après-shoot.

Vietnamese meals consists of rice, a stirfried protein dish, a stirfried vegetable dish and a bone broth with veges. I've always made it for dinner and the kids always eat it with rice for breakfast. I use beef or pork bones, I give the bones a quick stir fry to deepen the flavor and color of the broth. Skim the scum occasionally, depending how big the bones are cut I use boil for about 2 hours. Remove the bone and throw in bok choy, ong choy, collard greens, kale. What ever leafy vegetable we have around. It's comfort food
