I don't know what "even more closed circuit" is supposed to mean. Here we're discussing a company's corporate political bias, and how the company, or employees of said company, might leverage the power of that company to promote those political biases.

Apple has traditionally stayed more-or-less out of political issues. (Though that has changed somewhat in recent years under CEO Tim Cook.)
