HRKHome made pizza, half Tennessee Pride Hot sausage and half veggie, black olives, mushrooms and Olivario hot peppers from WVA.
Topped with Mozzarella. Drained the hot sauce from the jar of peppers, mixed in with a little tomato sauce to make a hot pizza sauce, then covered the pie with the peppers...
Mmm good!

Jimbo54Wow HRK, that looks awesome. If I made that it would be up to me to eat the whole thing because my wife doesn't do super spicy. Not a down side, for sure.

ARmanBeanie Weenies. Homemadeish, two packages of all beef hotdogs, sliced and browned. Onion, celery, and poblanos chilies, sauteed until tender and onions are translucent and slightly browned. One can of Rotel. Two cans of navy beans (white), can of pinto beans both mostly drained. Add BBQ sauce,
Worcestershire sauce and a spoonful of grape jelly and raspberry jam. TBSP of dark brown sugar. Tbsp of BBQ rub.
Makes around 8 servings.

OKCGeneI've not been making much because it's been so dang hot and humid.
I have been buying a tray of Stuffed Bell Peppers from Costco about once every 7-10 days. They are made from scratch at my local Costco. I don't know if this is done nationwide or not.
They are really good and tasty. The instructions are to bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 40-50 minutes or until the Thermapen says they are done.
If your Costco carries them, try it out.
Sorry, no pics.

Looking good! I have a rack of ribs that I need to do up!
Tonight I had blackened shrimp, steamed corn on the cob and new potatoes with old bay, and lobster bisk (I didn't make the lobster bisk).

I want to try this, man it sounds good, and looks tasty! How long does it take to smoke the burgers, and do you flip them?

h2oysVersus our usual red meat on the grill we went healthier tonight.
If you've never bought Aldi's seasoned salmon, give it a try as its utterly delicious.
Basically $10 for the salmon and add their bagged Caesar Salad at $2.29, and you have a very inexpensive, quick and easy, but yet tasty dinner for two.
