I just happened to have all the ingredients on hand and decided to give it a whirl. Happy I did, and I've got some leftovers to enjoy as well.

Never heard of “party style”, but my god man, just open up a BBQ joint already!!! Your food is always amazing and you do so much BBQ! I would like to do ribs this weekend, but just have so much to do….ugh.

Give the "Party Ribs" a try. I haven't done a whole rack it quite a while now. These come out so tender and juicy and are done in about 3 hours. I put mine in the oven @350 for 1 hour.

Super simple and they turn out great. We make our own bacon, and I cube up all the odds and ends after all the slicing is done. I added about a cup of those and some jalapenos. Any bacon would work.

Black Bean Gazpacho. It is a chilled soup so really it is for lunch the next day. Black beans, onion, carrots, garlic, bell pepper, vegetable stock. Boil. Cool. Add cucumber, salsa, and spices. Puree and chill.

My wife wanted grilled hamburgers and not smash burgers. She also wanted homemade fries. This is the first time I made fries with beef tallow. I did a method of a light boil in water, dry, fry once on low heat, and fry again on high heat. Also steamed fresh corn on the cob.

Not me, but I thought this was the appropriate thread. Alton Brown makes every topic he discusses interesting IMO. I believe he is also a watch and firearms enthusiast as well. His YouTube channel: Alton Brown Cooks Food is very entertaining.
