Awesome. I want to try pretzels sometime. My bread machine has a dough recipe.

Today I was semi-lazy. Heated up a Luby’s frozen fish fillet, made Mac and cheese, and then I had leftover broccoli and a head of bok choy so I made my own side creation with sautéed garlic, shallots, and a mixture of soy sauce and a few things. Came out good.

Sous Vide 1/3 lb prime burgers, and seared in screaming hot pan.
Air fried some frozen fries.

It's crawfish season again and my wife had family visiting from California over the weekend (as if we needed an excuse to have a crawfish boil )

Sit those mud-bugs in front of me, and get out of my way!! Look awesome.
We added some shredded carrots and broccoli florets, and swapped Sriracha in for the chili paste.
It’ll make your head sweat!

It has been several years since I have been to a good crawfish boil at a friend’s place in Louisiana. It was so great! Yours looks great!

AB that's some fine looking prime rib but what caught my eye was the vintage silverware and steak knife. My lake neighbors have me over for dinner a couple times a week when I'm at the lake by myself. Everything they use is vintage. Serving bowls, pots, pans, silverware, plates, glassware, salt and pepper shakers, everything. They didn't get it from garage sales most of it is wedding gifts from fifty years ago. Somehow it makes the food taste better!

We changed our silverware some years ago but we still have a bunch of that left over!
