Two lobsters broke into your home, you held them at gunpoint, bound their hands, cooked them, and ate them? That is my version…lol!

Wow! Those are HUGE! Looks great. I like lobster but rarely buy it unless it's tail only (and usually priced each instead of by weight - small tails).

I'm still a little squeamish with killing live lobster before cooking. I know, my man card got pulled.

Those are pacific lobsters? I keep forgetting - claws are pacific or northeast? The one of the left reminds me of Hellboy.

Today was spaghetti and meatballs. I have already posted pics so figured no need to do it again.

Meatballs made from 50/50 sweet Italian suassge and ground beef, fresh garlic, basil, parsley, and fresh graded parmigiano reggiano cheese with egg, water, salt, pepper, oregano, and Italian bread crumbs.

So dang good. My wife leaves tomorrow for a week so I asked what homemade meal she wanted before she went out of town, that is what she wanted, and that is what she got.

Well here is at least a pic of the slightly browned meatballs just put in sauce to finish cooking:

Them claws are HUGE! I love lobster, but I am with you in that I don’t know if I can kill it in boiling water or with a knife. I am a wuss.

I am assuming that is a stew? What kind? I love stews and soups so much! My wife really only likes soups so I have to make a stew when she is out of town…lol. Thinking of that she leave all next week and I will make chicken and dumplings as I love it but she can’t stand it.

Meatball sub from leftover meatballs. This was fantastic but 4 napkin messy! Followed somewhat Jesse’s technique.

Put on some provolone topped with pepperoni and broiled it.

Then added some mozzarella cheese and broiled more.

Then added meatballs, sauce, more cheese, and broiled more.

What kind? No idea, started with Browning cubed chuck, adding in 1/2 onion, a little green pepper, a couple tomatoes, mushrooms, spices, some red chili and a semi-ripe plantain in the cast-iron, cover low for awhile, transfer to sauce pan, add water and simmer for a couple hours. Basically what I had around that needed to be used up. Topped with a little white cheddar, ciabatta and humus on the side. Kind of a combo between stew and chili with a little heat. It's all gone.

Looks awesome! Cool

Tip for edges of sandwich, drap your provolone over the edges, this is why I use thin sliced cheese. Plus it looks cool having the cheese slightly dripping out the edges when you fold it. I love my sandwich a little crispy though as well.

I had to move from postimage for my pictures to now paying for picture hosting for my pictures to show up. So many great meals we don’t get to see pictures of because it is through postimage as I used to. What is weird is the pictures show in the email notification I get of the post, but when I come to the forum there is no picture and it just says to upgrade to postimage free premium. I decided to use Imageshack.
