Skins2881Had late lunch, so I only made half of dinner. Ribeye skewers, Wegmans jalapeno cheddar bread, and my version of Wegmans discontinued Capellini Asiago Salad.
Tonight I will have the chicken I didn't make and the broccoli I didn't make with the pasta and bread.

GustoferLinguini alle Vongole with fresh salad from the garden and shallot viniagrette.
Wonderful dinner. Would have been better with fresh clams, but I didn't feel like driving 500 miles to get some.

rat2306Pizza Hut hand-tossed crust Supreme pizza. It was movie night. My kitchen was hot and stuffy enough without firing up the range anyways.
Seriously though, you guys can put together some fantastic meals!

GT-40DOCSimple supper....Cajun chicken gizzards cooked in the Instant Pot with extra wide egg noodles. Pita bread. That will fill the void.

SuppressedI caught three Striped Bass yesterday and cooked them using the following recipe. It is even better as leftovers the next day.

OttoSigMe and my oldest daughter are duo for a month.
New York strip topped with crab sauce. Sautéed balsamic onions, and grilled corn on the cob.
Crab sauce has fresh herbs from the garden. It’s a good evening.
How’s this cook Gordon Ramsey?!?

Thank you, Sir, your proteins are better than mine for sure.
She and I like ours Kentucky blue most the time, so most folks would say this is too rare, but for me it’s a little over to be honest.
I appreciate the compliment for sure.

bald1James, your steak with crab topping looks insanely delicious!
Not dinner but very late brunch.
3 egg Vidalia onion, mushroom, Havarti omelet with crisp bacon and an English muffin.
Enjoyed with a 2 shot cappuccino and a sunrise mimosa
