It was a wonderful visit.
We had enough to talk about to keep politics off the table. We did discuss some issues in general and actually agreed more than I expected.

With all the recent threads about having to cut off friends and family members because of politics it was a pleasant surprise to be able to just be family.

To be honest, we did not agree to disagree. Wejust never went there.

I have a couple in the immediate family who are on the other side of the aisle. We just don’t discuss politics, and things are just fine.

That is so nice to hear. I had family in town last week, also lib, and we know we don’t see eye to eye- never once hit the table as a topic. The miracle was my mom didn’t bring it up, either!
