Oh, and maybe don't sell guns illegally, you moron. You make the rest of us look bad when you do stuff like that.
I see a lot of evidence that he was buying guns, doesn't appear he was selling many of them.

Saenz apparently was licensed to own weapons -- and there is no prohibition on the number of guns a person can own -- but the person was selling the guns illegally, according to police.
No doubt LA County DA and CA DOJ (both are anti-2A) is aggressively hounding and chasing every FFL holder that doesn't have a store front in its jurisdiction and using every angle to bring about charges or, obtaining a warrant to up-end this guy. With such a large amount of revolvers, wood stock 10/22's and mini-14's, this guy either sells at shows or, sells to low-end surplus stores who have shitty credit with the larger industry distributors. Wonder what he does for a real job, Holmby Hills is super nice neighborhood.

ontmarkThe guy has some old and collectable guns. They probably got him for some new laws in California that the collector may not have known about.
It use to be legal to buy a rifle that was C&R as cash and carry in California. Not anymore. All sales have to go thru an FFL.
Also they got him for transporting. It is no longer legal to just throw your rifle on the back seat of your car and drive to the range.
So if someone does not stay up with all the new laws it is pretty easy to drum something up on an older collector.
Heck I have older long guns that California wants me to apply DOJ Issued Serial Numbers on them.
I just took them apart until I retire out of this F -ing State.
