His viewership is larger than all three of those guys combined.

The US has never officially adopted a “no first use” policy anyway. The Trump admin simply officially outright rejected it, which is a smart move, imo. Telling your enemy you reserve the right to use first to protect your vital interests, instead of “We’ll never use first, no matter what”, serves as a deterrence. All options are on the table. And, it’s been around since his first administration. Nothing new. Where was Carlson with his fake outrage then? Now, all of a sudden, this jerk acts like nuclear war is “a lot closer than you think”, and Trump is going to wipe out humanity with a press of the button, so he needs to be removed immediately. Fucker Carlson has no credibility whatsoever.

sigmonkey"no first use" as a policy, of the country that "first use't" twice, on the same folks days apart, because those folk just did not understand what, "we are tired of your shit" actually meant, until some light was shed on thee.
If someone is aware that another will do whatever, to end your ability to harm them or their interests, you start thinking when you first wake up, how you might find another way to spend your day.
Flying planes into ships, or snagging shrimps out of the clear blue ocean.
Choose wisely.

Now it is. Maybe it always was, but not to the extreme that apparently exists now.

RipleyI mentioned this some time back and got zero traction. I still think this incident marked the start of Carlson's change.
This recap from Brave search, more comprehensive articles obviously available --
On November 7, 2018, approximately 20 protesters from the group Smash Racism D.C. targeted the Northwest D.C. home of Tucker Carlson. While
Carlson was at his Fox News studio, his wife Susan was home alone and heard loud banging on the front door.
Incident details: Protesters used a bullhorn to chant threats like “We know where you sleep at night,” cracked the front door, spray-painted “Antifa” on the driveway, and blocked off both ends of the street. One individual allegedly threatened to bring a pipe bomb.
Family safety: Susan Carlson locked herself in the pantry and called 911, fearing a home invasion. The couple’s four children were not home at the time.
Aftermath: Fox News executives called the incident “reprehensible,” and figures across the political spectrum, including Megyn Kelly and Stephen Colbert, condemned the harassment. Police investigated the event as a potential hate crime, though no arrests were made.

After that, Susan was afraid to live in Washington D.C. In 2020, Carlson sold his home in Kent and bought a house on Gasparilla Island, on Florida's Gulf Coast. They now also live part of the year in Maine near Bryant Pond, Woodstock, Maine.
Tucker continued on Fox News until he was fired in 2023.
