There was some chatter here about the BlueChip guitar picks some time ago. I finally got around to trying one (three different thicknesses). I just thought I'd pop a report out to the crew with what I think may be good information for some. In short, they're good picks and I like them.

That said, when I got back into guitar a few years back, I bought and tried a LOT of picks. I'd settled on Dunlap PRIMETONES (I like the 1.3). And I can tell you there's not much difference in them to the Blue Chips. And the difference that there is, I'm not sure is for the better. Not the worse I suppose either. I guess I'm neutral on it.

So for the players out there, now ya have another data point.

I am curious about these these custom made guitar picks. I am not a guitar player or musician at all, but do appreciate both.
I am mediocre golfer, and can appreciate the fact that a $3000.00 set of clubs does not vastly improve my lousy golf game much more than a $500.00 set.
Is it the same with these guitar picks? Or do they just look cool and are something to talk about when you get together and play, much like golfers. Smile

I had not seen the previous mention. I usually use Fender extra heavys. Would be interested in what people would say in comparison with the Fender line.

I also have a US flag titanium custom pick, which I have not ever pulled from the original packing.
