I have an OBDLink MX+ and have had it for years using OBDLink app. It works great and all the premium PIDs for all years and vehicles don’t cost anything. My only gripe is it is not compatible with CarPlay. Would be nice to see all my different vehicle monitors on my main vehicle screen as it is larger than my phone. I see a few apps are capable like OBDFusion, Car Scanner Pro, and Dash Command. All of these apps are compatible with my OBDLink MX+ Might venture away from OBDLink for my truck so I can view everything on the vehicle screen. Curious if anyone has any of these apps and how you like them? ———————————————— The world's not perfect, but it's not that bad. If we got each other, and that's all we have. I’ve never had anything personally owned that was new enough to run CarPlay. But I have had good luck using Jscan and forscan on an iPad with a Bluetooth dongle.

ODB Fusion works with Carplay as long as you dont have a WiFi reader. “Government exists to protect us from each other. Where government has gone beyond its limits is in deciding to protect us from ourselves.” ― Ronald Reagan Retired old fart

Does OBD Fusion display the dashboard via CarPlay? That is mainly what I want to do? My Tundra is older and does not display much on the dash and I like having these readily available when I am traveling and off roading. Yeah, I know you can make them look way better than this and if I can get them to display on CarPlay will likely then make the effort to make them look nicer. I have it loaded on an Android tablet as well but I hate having a big 2nd screen on the dash so if I can get away from that would be nice. With Fusion do you have to pay per vehicle/model year? Not really a huge deal I guess since I really only need it on the Tundra and can just continue using OBDLink for all the other vehicles. ———————————————— The world's not perfect, but it's not that bad. Unfortunately I don’t know. My OBD adapter is wifi, as I can’t find the Blutooth one I have. “Government exists to protect us from each other. Where government has gone beyond its limits is in deciding to protect us from ourselves.” ― Ronald Reagan Retired old fart

Not the solution you're looking for but when I was messing with dashcommand, I used it with a tablet for a larger screen while in car. Not minority enough!

Found by Bluetooth OBD reader and tried it. ODB Fusion does give some text information, but does not show the gauges like you’re looking for. “Government exists to protect us from each other.
