One of the best vehicles made. We had a 2018 for a while. Bulletproof and fantastic off road and on the beach. Good luck with it. FYI, it does require premium gas. Because son, it is what you are supposed to do. | |||

The GX460 has an evolved version of the 4.7 you could say. It’s got a timing chain, you’re correct that the 4.7 has a belt.

That is definitely not a 4-runner, GX is based off the Land Cruiser Prado which is sold in varies places around the world just not here. We bought our GX new in 2016 when we had our first kid thinking when they turned 16 it could be theirs. We have since had second thoughts because it’s still in excellent shape and running great. That would be the LX470, I think this is the Sequoia sibling. Either way, that is a NICE do-it-all vehicle. Those engines are thirsty but bulletproof. | |||
