I Am The Walrus |
Looking at that place as a possibility to live. Housing seems affordable, at least more affordable than the Orlando area. Trying to find out as much information as possible: schools, economy, culture, good things, bad things, etc. E-mail in profile if you prefer not to answer publicly. _____________

I have some family living there. They seem to like it. It is country as compared to greater Jacksonville. It would also depend on your red neck tolerance. As I recall, there is plenty of that, although I haven't been there in quite a while. Based on my limited knowledge of the area, I could probably live there. If you're not familiar with it, Jacksonville has some great beach (and I'm not a beach guy).

Close to Jaxsonville, good shopping, food, beach, Traffic should be light, nice country roads for riding or driving. Pro Football team in Jax, Close to Starke - Fl Prison Not far from Gainesville, so if you have the need to scratch the collegiate sports itch, UF is there as well as the original Sonnys BBQ. Have clients in the areas, lower cost of living the farther out you go, Orange Park is creeping south, nice waterways, if you have a boat. Temps drop in the winter, it's north enough you can get 40's sometimes 30's but rare. Not too far for a day trip to Orlando for Disney, SeaWorld, or the Cape for Rocket launches. It's about as country as it gets....
