It's slick. They can knock down a complex scene in literally a fraction of the time. A lot of their stuff is on the interstates and being able to open the road in an hour or so instead of several hours is a big deal.

No. The FAA controls the airspace. To a certain extent, the rules are a bit absurd. In my area, I can not fly a drone in my back yard even 5 feet off the ground without applying for an FAA waiver (which I have done occasionally.)
When it comes to viewing over property, think of a plane or helicopter doing the same.
Evil exists. You can not negotiate with, bribe or placate evil. You're not going to be able to have it sit down with Dr. Phil for an anger management session either.
