I'll go with kart racing in general, though K1 with their electric karts was a blast.

We've got a kart track in S Houston that's surrounded by a sports car track.
Fun doing kart laps & watching Vettes & Porsches fly by.

lost my father 30 years ago, if he were alive he would love a bottle of wild turkey and a steak. What I wouldnt give to be able to give him a case of wild turkey and a steak. I as a father just want to spend the day with my kids, and grand kids that are close and get to talk to my son who is doing his thing in Denver at Buckly space force base
