Pipe SmokerThe Trump Presidency : Year VI
^^^^^^
Very good news. Thanks for the post.
Boasberg is bummed out, I hope.

tleddyI made the mistake of watching MSM news this evening.
The Democrap leadership is attacking President Trump with lying distortions of everything he has accomplished, making threats against him that are
Borderline illegal!
In my opinion, they are seeking what I can only call a Civil War! They have made light of actual assassination of Conservatives and a general passiveness on Presidential attempts.
I have friends who are Dens and Liberal; we remain such because we have agreed not to discuss politics. Those who insisted on displaying TDS, I no longer maintain association. The rancor they displayed towards my Conservative position astounds me!
Am I alone in my thinking?

sigmonkeyThe last thing I want is to be on a dark, desolate highway, in a terrible storm, with an emergency situation and a flat tire, only to find out the spare is flat.
But, I will figure out a way to overcome the seemingly impossible odds and leave all the opposition in the ditch at the side of the road, as I move forward to overcome the threat.
I do not fear, the last thing.

A federal judge must end his “intrusive” contempt investigation of the Trump administration for failing to comply with an order turn around planes carrying Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador last year, a divided appeals court panel ruled Tuesday.
Chief Judge James Boasberg abused his discretion in forging ahead with criminal contempt proceedings over the March 2025 deportation flights, according to the majority opinion by a three-judge panel from U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit?
Of course, that is THE OBVIOUS CONCLUSION.

Boasberg has said the Trump administration may have acted in bad faith by trying to rush Venezuelan migrants out of the country in defiance of his order blocking their deportations to El Salvador. In an April 16, 2025 order, the judge said he gave the administration “ample opportunity to rectify or explain their actions” but concluded that “none of their responses has been satisfactory.”
Well, to a biased prick, this is the only conclusion that *can* be reached. Judge Boasberg is completely on onboard with The Commie Fuck that is BHO.
quote:
Trump has called for impeaching Boasberg. Last year, the Justice Department filed a misconduct complaint accusing Boasberg of making improper public comments about Trump and his administration. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts publicly rejected calls for Boasberg’s impeachment.
“Publicly rejected” NOT removing an obviously biased judge from his bench on his judicial throne.
What a fucking POS!!
Roberts should not be sending a message implying his reservation removing a biased judge if for nothing else to try and maintain a (faked) facade of a court being unbiased. He fails miserably.

He's not the Conservative we hoped he was, but we're stuck with him, and at only 71 years old, that will probably be at least another 10 years.
I still remember that he made Scalia insert a line in the Heller opinion that severely impeded the decision, saying that local authorities could still place restrictions on the law. Heller was defending his right to keep and bear a 1911, and because of Roberts, D.C. placed a 6-round limit on guns covered by the ruling. Maybe also led to the mag limits being argued so expensively to this day.

HRKTrump must have a FAFO team in the White House, anytime someone messes with him or his agenda they go to work on how to defeat them.... Kudos, the ballroom is now a Military Imperative Project, nullifying the judge that stopped the constructions order.
Boom! goes the dynamite!

lkdr1989There seems to be this pattern where the democrats are always trying to make President Trump look bad but it turns around and makes him look better.

It's going to be around the 300s range just like the years II, III and V, probably will be a little more if you take into account the Iran War thread.
Year IV is not really one year but actually 5 years, so, even though it looks like a lot more, it's really less.
Year I has 500+ pages, no doubt because of the novelty of his presidency.
Year 0 ("first-rate ass clown") has the most because of the novelty of it all plus the frenzy of the election.

We are at 42 pages after 3 months. That just doesn’t seem likely to hit 300 pages by the end of next January.

I'll just file this in the I'll Remember You Said This pile along with all the Ilhan, James Comey, Tim Walz and all the others who were finally going to get what's coming to them. I need to see the first one of any significance get hard charges filed, arrested, perp walked a fair trial and appropriate consequences meted out before I'll start to believe any of it. An indictment and arrest aren't enough if they walk two days later.
