Well, you piqued my curiosity:
Are there Russian trolls who deny the fact that it was the Soviets who perpetrated the atrocity?

It seems late in the day to be discussing it when very few people have so much as heard of the incident, much less disputing the fact.

Added: Although now that I think of it, wasn’t there some sort of bruhaha within the past few years between Russia and Poland about it? The Russians are still denying that it was perpetrated by their forces, or at least refusing to admit it—?

I went to school in North Wales with the grandson of one of the victims of the Katyn Massacre. He said that his father, who was in the royal air Force in WW2, was never in any doubt as to who has carried it out.

Katyn Massacre continues to claim lives of Polish leaders:

quote:
The Smolensk air disaster occurred on 10 April 2010, when a Tupolev Tu-154 aircraft of the Polish Air Force crashed near the Russian city of Smolensk, killing all 96 people on board. Among the victims were the President of Poland Lech Kaczyński and his wife Maria, the former President of Poland in exile Ryszard Kaczorowski, the chief of the Polish General Staff and other senior Polish military officers, the president of the National Bank of Poland, Polish Government officials, 18 members of the Polish Parliament, senior members of the Polish clergy and relatives of victims of the Katyn massacre. The group was arriving from Warsaw to attend an event commemorating the 70th anniversary of the massacre, which took place not far from Smolensk.

Given the history, there were some who claimed Russian responsibility for the air crash. I’m sure you could troll your troll with that accusation.
