I looked thru the first 10 pages using the "find" function & found nothing so I thought it safe to post this. I am SURE that by now everyone has heard that Pelosi & hubby have bought a $25,000,000 retirement house in Florida. And I am ALSO SURE that I am not the only one who sees just a "touch" of hypocrisy in this move. While none of my business, I must admit that it rankles me a bit. She & her crowd do everything they can for YEARS to destroy California, and then she caps that off by moving to Florida to take advantage of the benefits afforded by a basically conservative-run state. I think that if there were any justice she should somehow be forced to spend her retirement years in that same state that she so successfully helped to screw up.

People like her don't mingle and travel amongst the hoi polloi. They live in small towns, and isolated communities, where the surrounding populace is reliant on their spending and employment. Look at the various small communities in Westchester Co, around Boston, Martha's Vineyard, exclusive mountain communities, etc...

She might not be purchasing it under her name, however that doesn't mean she isn't associated with a trust in which she's apart of...after all, gotta invest all that money made while in Congress.
