He's such a phony, him stating he isn't running doesn't change predictions. He's probably listening for the sigh of disappointment that only comes from widely dispersed crazy people. These traitors to both party and country are subject to something the traitors in the other party don't have to endure: the enthusiastic disgust of those who may have formerly supported them.
