From Tucker tonight. This smug kid has it all figured out. I'm sure he perused quite a few leftist blogs and Facebook pages to become so well informed on what Socialism truly is. I suppose he basically embodies the young, fresh-faced college students that are taking their vast knowledge and trying to change the world into this new leftist Utopian vision. Roll Eyes

I think it would do the little guy good to go visit. You know, really get into the heart of the matter.

If I can quote a movie line... "Joker, I want you to get straight up to Phu Bai..."

Here it is:

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."
-- Justice Janice Rogers Brown

If he lives long enough, he's going to regret that video.

How embarrassingly ignorant.

Wow, he seems to really believe the words that are spilling out of his mouth.

How do Americans grow up to believe such patent non-realities.

Where do these kids learn to believe that America is bad and evil and that we have nothing better to do but make other countries citizens miserable. Who teaches this?

Really sad to see that we keep raising leftists!!

I don’t know when it really started, but it reached full flower during and after the Vietnam War. This is something I found on the Internet that explained much of what has happened to the American “education” system as compared to what it once was:

“The victors USED to write all the history. Now, thanks to the left-over ’60s rabble and their philosophical protégés that infest US college campuses because they can’t/won’t find real work and, besides, it gives them a steady supply of co-eds, the LOSERS write all the history.”

6.4/93.6

“I regret that I am to now die in the belief, that the useless sacrifice of themselves by the generation of 1776, to acquire self-government and happiness to their country, is to be thrown away by the unwise and unworthy passions of their sons, and that my only consolation is to be, that I live not to weep over it.”

It's mind-blowing, isn't it? Para's current thread gives some pretty good insight, I think.

Junior politician in training. Notice that he doesn't answer Carlson's first question. Instead, he answers the question he wish he'd gotten.
