My doctor prescribed it for me when I was having my hip problems. I took it for about three weeks, it seemed to help. I think I still have some left around here.

I had no ill side effects.

I've taken meloxicam twice. Once was 7.5 mg after knee surgery and the other time was 15 mg when my back was acting up. IME, 7.5 mg of Meloxicam is more effective than 800 mg of ibuprofen.

I didn't have any side effects.
