The very first order of business for the new Senate is to commence the impeachment trial for Mayorkas...if only for principle. Get it done in a few days and bounce his ass out.

Update on PA, unfortunately the PA Dems are going to try their best and steal this seat from McCormick who now leads by 29,500 votes. They'll try and pull an Al Franken and "find" a box of ballots in the trunk of a car somewhere:

Pennsylvania officials announced Wednesday that the tight margin in the Senate race between Sen. Bob Casey, D-Pennsylvania and Republican Sen.-elect Dave McCormick has triggered an automatic recount under Pennsylvania law.

There wasn't a recount triggered until they "found" enough votes to trigger it yesterday when it hit that 0.5% margin.

Good! I was really starting to worry the Dems would pull off a steal with that PA Senate seat.

But then again, it’s no longer 2020 and there’s about a gazillion eyes on their every move now.

Speaking of the House, the Dems managed to flip bright red CA 45 to blue, with Derek Tran ousting Michelle Steel. WTF is wrong with these Asians in Orange County? Roll Eyes

And now, in CA 13, Gray (D) has inched ahead of incumbent Duarte (R), with 99% reporting, three weeks after the election. If they manage to flip this one, the GOP will have 220 to 215 Dem..

It's probably not the fault of the people living there, since they are not in charge of counting the votes. There is no reason to have been counting this long. In Democrat-controlled states they have learned to keep counting until they "find" enough votes. If they don't get called on it by a government oversight of some kind, like the PA Supreme Court, they just keep doing it, brazenly. The bulk of the media will not shine a light on it because they are part of the DNC, and the Dems honestly don't care how it looks as long as they win.

The vote count for the four seats in California need to be legally investigated by the RNC since no one else will.

This race was decided by hundreds of ballots, just like other late counts that favor Dems.

https://x.com/nicksortor/status/1861885201745354864

In the Duarte race that is still not called, he is trailing by less than 200 votes, and there are approx. 200k ballots in the race. Just as a comparison, Texas counted over 11 million ballots in the Ted Cruz race, done in a few days. These "late ballot dumps" in CA are extremely fishy.

21 days and theyre still counting and allowing ballots to be found? This shit is so insane. You can't even hope to win if the other side can continuously find ballots with no time restrictions on counting.

I’m of the opinion that we need to add a law. Usually I wouldn’t suggest this but in order to curb election fraud I think that if there is fraud counting ballots it’s an automatic 10 year prison sentence to be carried out at the completion of the recount.

This is deliberate sedition for which in the old days you would be summarily shot.

^^ I don't disagree, but for the record, I'm OK with just sticking with the historical punishment, as was customary (and appropriate!) in the 'old days'...Just Sayin' Wink

^^^^ I'm all for that. And, to be carried pronto, when caught. If you cheat, you cheat. Off with your head. The result of the recount is immaterial.
