For some reason ITunes does not recognize my phone any longer. I am trying to transfer my library to a new phone. Is this something new or am I looking at some kind of virus? Bob I am no expert, but think I am sometimes. | ||

The newest operating system on Macs no longer uses itunes to synch/back up phones. Are you running Catalina on a newer Mac? If so just Google how to synch iphone with Catalina and it will explain. | |||
