I am looking at their refrigerators and freezers.

The are supposedly in the higher end in quality and mid to low priced compared with sub zero.

Anyone have any personal experience?

I've used their stove, oven and microwave and they were fairly trouble free for about 15 years. We'd done Sub Zero fridge at that house, and now at our new house. 20 years total under our belts with Sub Zero. That's the route I'd recommend. American made, legit quality and actual, real person, ultra-excellent customer service. Worth it. Spent once.

I can’t help, but will be interested to see additional input.

We inherited a Sub-Zero when we bought this house. A year or so later, it needed a new compressor. Since it was 20 years old, I junked it rather than fix it.

I bought an LG fridge that has been a complete POS since day one. Four years later, I’m still kicking myself for that decision.

I put multiple pieces of Thermadore into my kitchen remodel about 7 years ago. All have functioned well with no issues.

If you didn’t know, Thermadore is owned by Bosch now and some parts are interchangeable. In fact, I was able to order the Bosch refrigerator with Thermadore handles to match the Thermadore dishwasher and over handles handles.

My parents had a Thermador double oven & it was great.
Enough that they wished they could've taken it when hey moved.

One of my best friends put a Thermador LPG-powered fridge in his cabin. They got a free Thermador dishwasher, for which they had no use, with it. Asked my wife if we were interested in it. She looked the model up. Reviews she read weren't good. We passed.

That's all I got.
