Polar HR users:

My H10 will not connect to my phone [Samsung S23], at all.
Peloton app, Strava, even the Polar Flow app doesn't recognize it.

Has no problem communicating with the Peloton bike, but cannot get it to do anything on my phone.
I can see that it's paired in my BT menu, but the apps don't recognize it.

1: Has it worked in the past?

2: Have you rebooted phone?

3: Have you rebooted watch?

(Rebooted = powered off and on)

No offense intended if you have done these already, never know the tech level of members.

No buttons on the hr strap, auto-on when worn

Today was the first time trying to connect to phone. Has never given any issue with the Peloton bike.
Both Polar apps new download today as well

Are you trying to connect it with both the bike and your phone simultaneously?

That likely won’t work. Bluetooth can only connect to one device at a time.

No, bike is off. Tried to pair to my phone for a run.

I use a Garmin and an iPhone so that that the extent of my trouble shooting assistance.

I Googled “H10 will not connect to my phone” and got a number of hits talking about it being an issue with the H10 Chest Strap and a Reddit thread that goes into more detail about a firmwear and battery issue…

Short answer…you may need a new chest strap other than the A10.

Just out of random curiosity, did you figure it out?
