Let's see; "If I don't answer either of your questions, will that be a problem that could translate into an emergency?" If yes, then I've not recognized the problem and I could be a bad leader if my non-action could have avoided a potential emergency. If no, oops, I'm getting a head-ache from thinking too hard so I must fix that problem first LOL. | |||
