First case scenario - If you recognize the problem and fix it, then how can you know for sure if it was going to evolve into an emergency?

Second case - If you recognize the problem but do not fix it, and it then becomes an emergency, you are not a good leader now, are you?

Let's see;

"If I don't answer either of your questions, will that be a problem that could translate into an emergency?"

If yes, then I've not recognized the problem and I could be a bad leader if my non-action could have avoided a potential emergency.

If no, oops, I'm getting a head-ache from thinking too hard so I must fix that problem first LOL.
