Ok, I’m an idiot. I did not know this site existed. I recall getting two of E. Marshals books on Stopping power back when I was like 19’ish. I can remember pouring over those books..I was enthralled by the goat shooting tests for some reason, this was way before the internet. Thanks for the link!

Evan's an interesting guy. I've been able to spend some time with him at SHOT in his room and on the phone. It's too bad the bullet books are all he is known for. If he passes before I do, I may do a piece debunking all of the purported debunking. For now, appreciate spending some time with one of the guys who is responsible for the officer survival movement of the 70s and 80s and the subsequent drop in violent crime.

Just clicked it and got the dreaded "This site can’t be reached" message. Me thinks they're not really "up".

They were online for a few days but I couldn't get on this afternoon. His sons are now doing the maintenance and say time to do it is at a premium.

I tried the link and it timed out. Never been there and wanted to see what it was.
