The part that I found most amusing was the "same last name" claim. Anybody who knows your last name might find that a little specious! Oh, and condolences on the loss of your Uncle Matty.

If it’s The Krimson Kenyons signature how can it not be legit.

If you squint really hard you can barely make out the Ethan.

I thought I got a scam letter back in 1962 but it turned out to be a genuine Draft notice.

I got a similar letter a few months ago. I emailed him (from a fake and moderately-lurid email account) and told him that I am actually related to the deceased so all of the money is mine.

Yep. If Matt 123 died, then I firmly believe you are his only living kin.

The typed signature name and the e-mail address indicate same person . The script signature indicates some one else. Didn"t the letter indicate this was his personal e-mail. Who said criminals are smart?? The sad part of this story is somebody will fall for this story. .................................................drill sgt.

I don't know, I thought it was hilarious that they used Barack Obama's signature. I'm easily amused though.

Did someone just Google famous American signatures and randomly pick that one? Big Grin
