Your lawyer can do a people search on Westlaw or LEXIS for about $60. I do that, and find previous locations lived, and then search the clerks in those jurisdictions as a start. There will be a LOT, though, and you still might miss a lot. The reason is that someone who lives in Cleveland might have committed a crime in Columbus, so where they lived is not an infallible test. People Search via Westlaw or LEXIS is much better. | |||
