With the summer heat in full swing here in TX I tend to do more outdoor grilling in the morning. This morning was (supposed to be) a breakfast burrito using leftover carne guisada from last night. Last night This morning's prep The result, well it was too full to be a burrito so who doesn't love a breakfast quesadilla? Probably the same folks that don't like tacos. Both look delicious! The OP is showing a lot of restraint in the first photo with that tiny portion. I don't think I have that much restraint (i.e. give me a huge bowl).
