I caught a picture of this car after the vandal, a skinny blonde wearing pajama sweats, beat up a different car got in this car and drove away. (Yeah, that sentence got away from me.)

I'm pretty sure it is a 2020 Ford Explorer. Maybe a 2021. I may have to testify on Wednesday but this is a crazy woman and I don't want her to know where I live after I tell on her. Big Grin

Looks like a pre-facelift 5th gen Explorer [2011-2015]

This is a civil case, so being an eye witness to the event in question, if I say that I saw a ratchet-lookin, no-titty havin, fake-blonde white girl in pajama pants kick, punch and try to pull the driver's side mirror off of the white car behind the Ford Explorer in my picture AND she owns or has access to a gray Ford Explorer, that should meet the preponderance of the evidence. Correct?

I should probably leave out the adjectives though.

The image isn't showing on my end.

The 2015 looks very similar to the 2020 though. Of course, except for the tail lights it looks like every other brand of SUV (except the new Ford Bronco)

You can see what looks like the elongated clear section [blinker?] on the 5th gen photos & in the OP photo. The 6gen doesn't have that bit.

Also, if you trace the line from the top edge of the taillights, the door handles on the 5g are lower than that line vs higher on the 6g

I wonder if that’s a sticker of some sort above the left taillight. Might help with the id?

Honesty is the best policy? "A newer Ford Explorer".
If we were in court and you got on the stand and said "A 2015 Ford Explorer" I'd say to myself "This dude knows the exact year? That's odd. Something fishy?"

You’re seeing dishonesty in this??

A lot of people here knew the approximate year. You make no sense.

Personally, I’m hoping to help make the victim whole by having the vandal pay for her actions.

If you're going to testify, why not simply say something like "Ford Explorer. I'm not positive about the year, but here's a photo."

Why would i say anything other than I saw her drive away in a Gray Ford Explorer?
