I looked at em, thought they were 2 packs and since I wanted 6 racks of ribs, I bought 3 packs. Turns out there were 3 racks in each pack, so I got 9 racks. I guess I'll just have to eat them.
We each have our own cross to bear.

And I never buy ribs at Costco so I didn't know.
However, I love Swift and they've been hard to come by lately so I went to Costco.

lastmanstandingI generally don’t like to buy ribs in multi packs like that. They like to hide the junk rack in the middle. Ribs around here are expensive. Aldi’s were $4.67lb the other day. I never buy meat at Wal Mart but they had loin back ribs at $2.97lb and were the Prairie Fresh brand which has been my go to brand since Smithfield went to junk after the commies bought them. So I grabbed the last two racks they had.

That’s never been my experience with Costco

Flash-LBThere were no junk ribs in the middle or either end.
I took the Costco packs apart and vacuum packed each and every individual rack of ribs and they all looked great.

2AdefenderI went to our local Costco today, but the ribs were all sold out.
Did pick up a brisket to make brisket chili, though.
