That reminds me of the old joke about Little Red Riding Hood.

If it's assumed I can't opt out by other means...

I can think of a few who would be low on the list because I like them more, but if we're talking eat-or-be-eaten, whoever has a few extra pounds on them is going first, because they'll outlast me if we start starving and fat is necessary in a diet.

Nothing personal, just objectively the best survival strategy.
