old rugged crossBeauty rest air bed question.
I needed to travel to an undisclosed location for some work for an extended period. So I bought a Beauty rest Luxarest queen air mattress. First impression was good. Nice and tall. Had a headboard of sorts. Worked as advertised. Nice integrated compressor Even pretty comfortable. It was $157 at walmart.
Instructions say you may need to occasionally add air due to stretching of the vinyl. OOOOKKKaaaayyyy.
The rub is every night it loses some air. Maybe like 10-15%.
So am thinking of returning it due to a leak.
Any thoughts.

ZSMICHAELReturn it. I was eight yours old and we were visiting my Uncle in Lawrence Kansas. My Uncle blew them up by hand, no pump. I stil remember how uncomfortable is was. The night sleep in my VW Bug at the Indy 500 was like sleeping on a cloud compared to the air mattress.

old rugged crossNo Z, this is not your uncles air mattress. This the real deal. It is pretty deluxe to be honest.

trapper189I might look for the leak depending on how much of a hassle returning or exchanging it would be. Might make the deal easier to accept when you can point the problem out to the customer service person.

old rugged crossI did not buy brand new a couple of weeks ago and use it for a night to discover it had a leak for me to have to use my time to figure out where it leaks. I don't think so.
