I would drive 74 miles in a light snow, to see that and and share a piece if fruit cake , while admiring that tree

I have done the Cartridge in a Bare Tree thing for at least 35 years. Mine is a round of 303 British. The rim makes it easier to get the hang wire to stay on. I think the tip marking is a nice festive shade of blue...

Must admit that your tree looks much more inviting than our behemoth, but if you tell my wife I said that, I would have to come down and kill you Wink

Well, then, the secret dies with me.

Thanks for the compliment.

So, if it was 75 miles and/or more than a light snow I’d be out of luck.

Wink

On the next shelf up, just at the edge of the frame I have more Stephen Ambrose books. I like his writing.

Yours looks super nice. I like it.

My old friend and his wife did a different thing this year. She took a Christmas tree and decorated it with only some white lights and yellow sunflowers. She said she went to Hobby Lobby and bought plastic sunflowers, cut off the stems and put them in the tree. I think it looks awesome. I'd do the same but I have 3 cats who think they're lumberjacks.

That beats anything they got in the White House. Merry Christmas Friend !
