Several news agencies have noted that Franken called out Trump and Moore as being accused as well but no action being taken. I'm sorry but the argument "THEY DID IT TOO..." has never worked, ever. It paints him into a corner, but it buys him time and may buy him a bit of leverage. We don't have a date certain, and he may be hoping to trade his fellow Dems a date certain for something else. As I said earlier, though, I think he's looking for a way to use Moore's election as a way to play through the rough. I don't know that such a way exists, but if he stays in then he at least positions himself to take advantage of any opening that may pop up. | |||
