Wildfires near my house
So there are a couple wildfires near my home. One is 5 or so miles away, the other one is 25 miles or so.
This is like nothing I have ever seen. The smoke is so thick. It’s almost surreal.

The National Forests here are closed to everyone other than fire fighters.

I took a few pics. Some are of the fire. Some are some pics from the past that you can compare with today’s pics to give an idea of how thick the smoke is.

Stay safe, it does give you pause when you can see the fire from home. So far we've been lucky, no fires really close but quite a few in Utah.
