If you wouldn’t mind asking what they do for JVC, that would be great. On a side note, checked the speakers yesterday. All are still working.

Confirmed that you can just ground the parking brake wire and everything will work. You can use the same ground as the power- just tie the parking brake wire and the main ground together. And this is true for most brands other than Pioneer and Alpine, which need the parking brake wire grounded (engaged) after the ignition comes on- can’t just leave those grounded.
