It also doesn't sound like Trump. He has a very distinctive style. The first two sentences were actually Trumpian in style, but the last half of the paragraph, not so much. Trump's diction is punchy, but not necessarily given to short sentences or fragments.

Everyone knows he won't be viable for '24, except maybe for Rob Reiner and Michael Moore. I'd be impressed if he finished this term. Kamala would be a disaster worse than Biden. There is no drug that is effective for dementia. It will run its course. Biden has had two aneurysms in the past, has elevated cholesterol and atrial fibrilation. Also peripheral neuropathy which explains the tripping. Not the picture of health.
