I have an iPhone 16e.

What about iOS 26? I’ve heard some complaints about that update.

I haven't heard of any common problems with 26 but I installed 18.7 to give them a few days to work out any issues and to see what the early users say.
Both updates have the same security updates but 26 has a number of other feature updates too. I wanted to get the security stuff and that's why I got 18.7.
Within about 2 months, everyone will be pushed to 26 if all goes well, according to the Apple statements I've read.

No complaints here. Everything seems to be working just fine.

I did 18.7 on my personal iPhone and iPad with no issues. I don’t have a choice with my work phone and it was upgraded to 26. When I saw no problems, I upgraded my personal devices to 26 and have had no problems.

I updated to 18.7 so I could update to 26. No issues on a 16 Pro or on a 13 Pro.

Updated to 18.7 on iPhone 15 and iPad.
I wait when new major updates come around because I don’t really like beta testing those.
If all goes well, fine. It will be still be there in the future.

Just an FYI, when I updated my iPad to 26 it turned on automatic updates.
Now I need to check all of the privacy and security settings.

ETA: It looks like some other setting were modified from the update. Siri got access to learn from how I use apps and websites got permission to check and see if my apple pay was set up.
While I can't be sure it was from the update to 26, somehow my iCloud backup got enabled and my iPad was backed up. I have never allowed anything to be put on the iCloud because of proprietary company data. No photos, emails, files. Absolutely nothing ever to any cloud services except to the company issued one drive account. Even my personal desktop and laptop are backed up to an external hard drive. Yea, i don't care much for any cloud type services.

I updated my phone to 18.7 a few days ago. Haven't seen anything unusual.

No issues for us with 26 on phones and iPads.

Biggest “complaint” is perceived loss of battery life, however that is temporary as there is a lot of “background” stuff after a major upgrade (file indexing, etc). After a day or two battery life is back to “normal”

Thanks for the comment on battery life. That was my biggest worry.
