As you know, Stanford is top notch. And oncology is a difficult specialty in medicine. At Stanford I know an MD-genetics, and an MD-high tech apps to help doctors.

Why should inmates be exempt from the coming idiocracy? Send all the weed confiscated at the border or seized in illegal grows to the prisons and let them smoke themselves stupider.
